We have many areas that you can serve in. Please choose your top two areas.
Team Descriptions:Set-Up Team
this team will prepare everything that is needed for the event the night before the event.Hospitality Team
The team will be responsible for procuring donations of food. The team will deliver food and drinks to volunteers as we host our shoppers during the event.
Stock Team
The team will be responsible for administering, staffing, and restocking the Giftmart area.
Gift Wrap Team
The team will be responsible for setting up & staffing gift-wrap areas in the building. This team wraps all gifts and has the community
members fill out gift tags to place on gifts.
PR Team
This team will be responsible for finding sponsors for the event, additional collection sites, toy acquisition, photographing the event,
collection and storage of toys.
Cashier Team
This team will ring out those who will be shopping.
Community Flow Team
The team manages the event flow throughout the building, parking lot, security, Community entrance, and exit, checking in volunteers and shoppers.
Shopper Assistant
This team will help our guests shop for their children. They will help with filling out paperwork as well as gift tags. They will also help our guests with carrying gifts and helping them to their car.
Kids Team
The team will be responsible for managing all kid's rooms in the building. (A background check is required to serve in this area.)
Translator Team
This team will help with translating when needed. The majority of our no English-speaking guests speak Spanish.
